Stock Market Predictions That You Can Rely On

Today on Inside My Brain, I am talking about how you can make stock market predictions based on patterns that show up again and again within the market.

The Week

After months with the Market Accumulation/Distribution at a low, last night we finally saw additional money flow into the stock market. I believe what we are seeing is the “numb factor”. Prior to this the Fear Factor was running high because of all the bad news: inflation, COVID, Russian invasion of the Ukraine, etc. We have listened to those same news stories for months and pulled money out the Market in fear. Now Traders and institutions are in numb acceptance of the news. I think we are seeing that acceptance and investors are just beginning to put monies back into the stock market.

I have always watched sector rotations and realized there are patterns that play out over and over. This thinking is not original to me. Others have also seen it. I have just watched the rotation cycles for years to pick the Tickers I want to trade. Energy was a strong sector. Two to three weeks ago I closed all the Energy trades I had on. Now I am seeing Healthcare and Consumer Staples gaining strength. This is a cycle chart I drew years ago to show those Market Cycles. It is because of these cycles that stock market predictions are even possible - once you understand sector rotations you can make sound decisions about your trades.
